AGENDA
Bling bling! Building Interactive Plone Sites using KSS and JQuery
The recent integration of the KSS and JQuery Javascript libraries into Plone 3 has placed some cool website features within the grasp of beginning to intermediate integrators. In this talk, we'll quickly review the current best practices regarding inserting Javascript into Plone. Then we'll look at the actual implementations of several Javascript-based features ONE/Northwest has implemented in the past year, such as the AJAXified search page at http://bullitt.org/grant-history and the rotating banners on the homepage of http://usclimatenetwork.org.
Speaker: David Glick
